My Normandy

I'm passionate about fishing. That’s how I truly came to know the Normandy coast.

After years of watching the tides, scrambling at dawn over the pebbles, and waiting for hours in the salty wind, I’ve come to know every inch of this shoreline.

From Le Havre to Étretat, I know the coast like the back of my hand — Trou de la Serrure, Roches Blanches, Deux Culs… hidden yet spectacular spots where time seems to stand still.

I first discovered these places with a fishing rod in hand. Today, I share them in my own way — through the Auberge.
