The Auberge’s Cuisine
A wood-fired meal — but so much more

At Auberge Bout de Bois, evenings are meant to be savoured.
After a full day, you slip off your boots, enjoy a hot shower or a bath, and dress — comfortably, but with style.
As the hour arrives, the living room gently comes to life:
it’s apéritif time.
A cooked apéritif, of course — but above all, a moment to share.
That’s when we gather, recount the day’s adventures, and debrief the highs and lows over a brandy, a glass of champagne, or a homemade juice.
You feel good. At home, yet elsewhere.
The lighting is soft, the tables simply set, and the mood is that of a true home-cooked dinner.

Every evening, we offer a single menu, created in tune with the seasons and the finest local products.
Our cuisine is a philosophy: reconnecting with the tradition of refined, bourgeois inns, where local produce proudly graced the table. We have preserved its soul, its bold and generous flavors, while bringing a lighter, more contemporary interpretation.
Here, each guest has their own table, yet all share the same experience: that of an honest cuisine, crafted over a wood fire, celebrating both memory and the present.
